Send an email application including the following information:
Your Name, Address (City/State/Zip), Day phone, Cell Phone, Dates you want to attend, and whether or not you have studied at the NJ Center for Mime to yasshakoshima@verizon.net.

Email application and full payment or deposit must be received by October 26 (or October 15 if you choose the Trick or Treat option). If you choose to pay a deposit, the remainder must be received on or before the first day of class.

Regular Payment: Registration and Deposit or Full Payment Due by October 26
$220 - Oct. 30, 31; Nov. 6, 7 (2 weekends; Full payment)
$120 - Oct. 30 & 31 (Weekend 1 - Full payment)
$120 - Nov. 6 & 7 (Weekend 2 - Full payment)
$50 - Deposit by Oct. 26.
2 weekend remainder: Pay by 1st class - $170
1 weekend remainder: Pay by 1st class - $70
Special Trick or Treat! Registration and Deposit or Full Payment Due by October 15
$200 - Oct. 30, 31; Nov. 6, 7 (2 weekends; Full payment)
$100 - Oct. 30 & 31 (Weekend 1 - Full payment)
$100 - Nov. 6 & 7 (Weekend 2 - Full payment)
$50 - Deposit by Oct. 15
2 weekend remainder: Pay by 1st class - $150
1 weekend remainder: Pay by 1st class - $50

Mail with a check for the deposit or full amount to:

Application and deposit must be received by October 15 for discount or
by the October 26 deadline.
